| The root of Sairam
had extended its branches in many fields. One among them is Sri Sairam
Institute of Technology. The college is situated amidst sylvan surroundings in a constructed area of 83.050 sq.m. at Sai Leo Nagar, with all essential & suitable infrastructural facilities with regard to Classrooms, Workshops, Drawing Halls, Laboratories, Air-Conditioned & Computerised Library, Auditorium, Audio Visual (A/C) Hall, Seminar Halls, Canteen & Sports complex. The college also has its own perennial water resources to cater to its various needs. Within the campus a PCO, a big stationery store and the Bank Extension Service from Central Bank of India, Pallavaram are there to help the students and the staff. The college buildings are architecturally designed as per AICTE norms. Imbibed with the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, our Chairman ventured into the realm of providing quality technical education to both urban and rural students from Tamil Nadu as well as other states. Our chairman is visionary and he has to his credit, various other enterprises such as Real Estate, Industry and various Educational Institutions. Furthermore, Sri Sairam Institute of Management and Computer Applications, a unit of Sri Sairam Engineering College, was established in 2008, and it offers MBA and MCA programmes. Besides , he also ventured into the arena of medical sciences in Indian Medicine, by starting the medical college for Indian Medicine namely Siddha, Ayurvedha & Homeopathy-all under one roof. He was also instrumental in starting "The Academy for the Blind" and "Home for the Aged" under the community service programmes of the Lion Club. Now, Sri Sai Institute of Technology has developed into a reputed Engineering Institution, Offering top quality technical education and moulding the younger generation with the spirit of service to society, our Chairman has spared efforts to induct dedicated faculty and provide adequate infrastructure facilities. The college is affiliated to Anna University and also approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. Courses Offered Sri Sairam Institute of Technology is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE) and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
